Bedruckt wird  die Bettwäsche im Sublimationsdruck auf Mikrofasergewebe (100% Polyester). Sie ist hautfreundlich und bei 30° waschbar.
 
Diese Bettwäsche ist auf Anfrage auch in Baumwoll Mako Satin erhältlich. Wenn es also etwas besonders feines sein soll, dann verschenken Sie doch ein Set. Die Lieferzeit ist dann jedoch 6-8 Wochen.

Informationen zum Textildruck

Wenn jemand für individuell  gestaltete Bettwäsche über 100 Euro investiert, sollte diese eine herausragende und nicht mehr übertreffliche Qualität haben. Wir stellen uns dieser Herausforderung! Im gesamten Textildruckbereich werdet ihr vergleichbar Besseres nicht finden! textilio definiert sich vor allem über Qualität. Wir wollen, dass unsere Kunden mit unseren Produkten vollends zufrieden sind.

Produktion und Lieferzeiten

Jedes Produkt durchläuft den gesamten Textilveredlungsprozess. Textilio druckt auf selbst vorbehandelter Meterware, erst danach wird dein Produkt veredelt und konfektioniert. Stellen wir nach dem Druck oder der Veredlung einen noch so kleinsten unzulässigen Fehler fest, wird der Job abgebrochen und wir beginnen von vorn.

Da wir fast ausschließlich Naturtextilien verarbeiten, bleiben z.B. kleinere Gewebefehler mitunter nicht aus. Damit wirst du aber nicht zufrieden sein. Deshalb greift an dieser Stelle unsere strenge Qualitätskontrolle.
Für Druck und Veredlung benötigen wir ca. 1 Woche, es folgen dann noch Zuschnitt, Konfektion, Endkontrolle und Versandvorbereitung. Meistens (zu über 90%) können wir schneller ausliefern, aber manchmal benötigen wir aus den genannten Gründen tatsächlich 10 - 15 Werktage. Deshalb geben wir auch fairerweise keine kürzeren Bearbeitungszeiten an.
 

Hochwertige Markenqualität aus Naturprodukten mit Premium Finish

Unsere hochwertigen Baumwollstoffe werden im Digital-Textildirektdruck (DTG) bedruckt und anschließend veredelt. Die Textilien erhalten nach dem Druck ein aufwendiges Premium Finish welches den späteren pflegeleichten Umgang für hohe Verbraucherfreundlichkeit garantiert. Gerade das unterscheidet textilio enorm von seinen Mitbewerbern!

Selbstverständlich setzen wir beim Druck lösungsmittelfreie Tinten ein. Wir drucken mit umweltfreundlichen Reaktivfarbstoffen, welche sich direkt in der Faser anlagern (was zu einem besseren Griff als bei Pigmentdruck führt, besonders bei dunkleren Farben).
Vorbehandlung, Druck, Veredlung und Konfektion der hochwertigen Stoffe erfolgen in Deutschland, eben ECHT - MADE IN GERMANY.
 

Pflegehinweise

Unsere Baumwoll-Inkjetdrucke überstehen schadlos viele Wäschen. Die kräftigen Farben bleiben erhalten. Alle Produkte können problemlos in der Maschine bis 60°C gewaschen werden. Anschließend am besten an der frischen Luft trocknen lassen. Sie sind selbstverständlich Trockner-geeignet und können normal gebügelt werden.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch:Auch wenn es eigentlich fast selbstverständlich ist, sei uns an dieser Stelle der kurze Hinweis gestattet: Auf jeden Fall solltest du deine neue Bettwäsche vor der ersten Benutzung waschen. Bitte bedenke: auch noch so gute Produktionsprozesse liefern dir keine sterilen, keimfreien Produkte. Deshalb ist es gerade bei hautnah eingesetzten Textilien wichtig, dass du sie vor der Benutzung einmal kurz durchwäschst. Außerdem werden dadurch evtl. Rückstände durch die Appretur beseitigt. Eine Waschtemperatur von 30°C ist dabei völlig ausreichend.

 Bitte beachte auch die jedem Artikel beiliegenden Pflegehinweise, dann wirst du lange Freude an deinem selbstgestalteten Produkt haben.
